Viewing a Retailer’s Account and Detail Information

To find a retailer’s account and detail information

1	Click Administration > Trading Partner Access.

The Trading Partner List page opens. The table displays from left:

Trading Partner Name—The retailer’s name

Account Number—The retailer’s account number

Subscription Date—The date the retailer subscribed to OpenText Active Catalogue

Last Access Date—The date the retailer last accessed your catalogue

Access Type—The access type currently selected for the retailer

Restricted—Retailers with no access to your catalogue

Unrestricted—Retailers with full access to your catalogue

Selection Code—Retailers with access restricted to specific Selection Codes

2	To locate a retailer in the list, do any of the following:

Filter the list. See “Filtering the Trading Partner List� .

Scroll through the list.

Use the browse bar to move between pages.

3	To view details such as a retailer’s address and contact information, click the retailer’s account name hyperlink in the Trading Partner Name column.
