You can use the filter to display a list of retailers based on the criteria you specify.
To filter the Trading Partner list

Trading Partner Name—Enter a retailer’s full or partial name.
|

Account Number—Enter a retailer’s full or partial OpenText Active Catalogue account number.
|
|
|
Subscription Date on/after—To display a list of retailers who opened OpenText Active Catalogue accounts on or after a specific date, enter that date.
|

|
Access Type—To display only retailers with a specific access, select an access type from the drop-down list:
|
|
|
Restricted—Show only retailers who have no access to your catalogue.
|
|
|
Unrestricted—Show only retailers who have full access to your catalogue.
|
|
|
Selection Code—Show only retailers whose access is restricted to specific Selection Codes.
