Analytics Report

The Attributes Analytics Report was designed primarily for retailers to view their trading partners’ accounts to see which attributes the vendors are populating for their items (GTINs). At the beginning of each month, the system takes a snapshot of all active vendors in Catalogue. The snapshot captures data for 203 attributes.

After the snapshot is taken, retailers can generate a report. The report is created as a CSV file and uses the retailer’s access to a vendor’s account to determine which vendors to include in the report.

This is the criteria for including a vendor’s data in the report:

If a vendor has granted any level of access to the retailer, the vendor’s data is included in the file.

If a vendor has totally restricted the retailer’s access, the vendor’s data is not included in the report.

If a vendor grants any level of access to a retailer after the report has been run, the retailer can re-run the report and the vendor’s data is added to the report.

The Attributes Analytics Report can also be run by a vendor. It includes only the vendor’s own data and enables the vendor to see the attribute data that a retailer sees.
