Overview for Retailers

Each time you search a specific vendor’s or distributor’s catalogue (not a cross-catalogue search), Catalogue keeps track of the number of times you find and do not find the GTINs you are looking for.

The Item Search Ratio Report displays the actual number of hits (GTINs found) and misses (GTINs not found) for each vendor/distributor whose catalogue you have searched, as well as the hit and miss percentages.

Enabling the Report Option

The Item Search Ratio Report option must be enabled before data displays on the page. To enable the option, contact OpenText Cloud Support Services (CSS) at
1-800-334-2255.

After the report option is enabled for your account, data displays in the report, provided you have performed searches for GTINs from a specific vendor. Data does not display for a vendor if you have not searched their catalogue for GTINs.
