Load Status Report

The Load Status Report (LSR) is a report for vendors that is generated for each inbound EDI file sent to Catalogue:

832 - DLSR, data load status report

This report lists how many items in each EDI file were rejected, added, replaced, duplicated, moved, modified, and deleted.

888b - PLSR, profile load status report

This report lists how many total profile (access) changes were made for granting or revoking trading partnership access. The report also show what custom fields were populated, and with what values.

Each LSR is associated with the control number of the EDI document.

A vendor can request that an OpenText administrator enable LSRs for their account See “Contacting Technical Support� .

After the LSR option has been enabled, the document number on the EDI Management Console List page is a hyperlink to the Load Status Report for that file (which can then be downloaded). See “Using the EDI Management Console� .

Additionally, the OpenText administrator can enable an email option for your account so that the same LSR report is emailed to the primary contact listed on the Account Detail page. See “Maintaining Your Account� .

Note: If you send in 50 EDI files, for example, you will receive 50 LSR emails.
