Copying Report Data to a Table

You can use the “Copy Data to Table� feature to copy data from the following reports to a table:

You can view the data in the table or save the data to a CSV text file on your computer. With either method, you can copy the data from the table and paste it into another application.

Note: Be sure to set the required Internet Explorer options so you can successfully use this feature. See “Setting Internet Explorer (IE) Options for Copy Data to Tableâ€� .

If you do not set the IE options, you may experience inconsistent behavior when you use this feature. Sometimes the data table will appear and sometimes the page may flash momentarily, but there is no indication that your setting is not correct except that the table will not display.

The Copy Data to Table icon appears on the button bar on the Partner Access Report and the Item Search Ratio Report pages.

To copy the report data

Click Copy Data to Table on one of the following pages:

Trading Partner Access Report page (Administration > TP Access Report)
*
Item Search Ratio Report page (Administration > Item Search Ratio Report)

A dialog box opens asking if you want to open the file or save it to your computer.

Click Open to display the data in a table format such as MS Excel. After the table is open, you can select rows and columns of data to copy.

When you want to close the table, click the X in the upper right corner of the window. If you modified the table, you can choose to save your changes to your computer.

Click Save to save the file to an application such as an MS Excel file. Depending on your browser, the file may be saved to your Download folder.
