You can use the “Copy Data to Table� feature to copy data from the following reports to a table:
Note: Be sure to set the required Internet Explorer options so you can successfully use this feature. See “Setting Internet Explorer (IE) Options for Copy Data to Table� .The Copy Data to Table icon appears on the button bar on the Partner Access Report and the Item Search Ratio Report pages.
To copy the report data
1 Click Copy Data to Table on one of the following pages:

A dialog box opens asking if you want to open the file or save it to your computer.

Click Open to display the data in a table format such as MS Excel. After the table is open, you can select rows and columns of data to copy.

Click Save to save the file to an application such as an MS Excel file. Depending on your browser, the file may be saved to your Download folder.
