Working with Attribute Filters : About Default Attribute Filters

About Default Attribute Filters

OpenText assigns the account's default attribute filter to all new users. The default filter is automatically applied when you log on.

Accounts interfacing with the GDS network generally use the GDSN filter as the default attribute filter when creating and viewing the GTIN information.

Default filters exist at the account level, not the individual user level.

Note: If you change your account's default attribute filter, the change will apply only to users added to your account after the change. Existing users will retain their existing default filter.

After logging on, you can temporarily override the default attribute filter by applying a filter. See “Applying an Attribute Filter to Your Current Session .
