Viewing an Attribute Filter

By viewing an attribute group, you see the following:

A list of attribute groups that are included in a filter

The attributes that are in included in a filter

The order in which the attribute groups are displayed on the page in the filter

To view an attribute filter

1	Find the attribute filter. See “Finding Attribute Filters� .

2	Click the attribute filter name hyperlink in the Filter Name column. The Attribute Filter List (tree view) page opens displaying a tree view of the attribute groups.

3	Click the arrow next to All Attributes to expand the tree to see the attribute groups. A check mark next to an attribute group indicates that the attribute group is included in the filter (although not all attributes in a group are necessarily selected to be in the filter).

To view an group’s attributes and their format and definition, and to see which attributes are included in the filter, click the arrow next to an attribute group to expand the tree. A check mark next to an attribute indicates that the attribute is in the filter. Move your cursor over an attribute to view an attribute’s format (allowable data type and length) and definition.

5	The order in which the attribute groups are displayed in the filter is the order that they are displayed on a page (not in exports) when the filter is used.
