Editing an Attribute Filter

You can edit Account filters, but not System filters. You cannot edit a filter name.

To edit an Account attribute filter

Click Administration > Account Attribute Filters. The Attribute Filter List page opens.

Click the attribute filter name hyperlink in the Filter Name column. The Attribute Filter List (tree view) page opens displaying a tree view of the attribute groups.

The order in which the attribute groups are displayed in the filter is the order that they are displayed on a page (not in exports) when the filter is used. To change the sequence position, click the up and down arrows to the right of the attribute group to move it up or down in the list.

Note: Selecting a check box at the attribute group level selects all attributes in that group. You can clear the attributes you do not want to include in the filter by deselecting individual attributes. Clearing a check box at the attribute group level clears all attributes in that group.

Click Save to save the edited filter.
