Downloading Data

This section explains how to select and download catalogue data on a one-time (also called ad hoc) basis using one of the following download processes:

“Text File Download Process� .

Note: Multiple Users—It is possible for multiple users to log in to Catalogue using the same user ID; however, if you intend to use the download feature, we recommend that each user have their own personal user ID. When a download is actually created, Catalogue views multiple sessions as one user, potentially causing confusion for the users about the data that is or isn’t received in their download. Additional user IDs can be obtained by contacting OpenText Cloud Support Services (CSS). See “Contacting Technical Supportâ€� .
