Viewing the Download Basket

You can view the contents of the download basket before completing the download.

To view the contents of the download basket

1	Click Catalogue > Download Basket. The Download Basket page opens.

2	The table displays from left for each record in the download basket:

Check box to select a record for deletion from the basket.

Trading Partner—The vendor’s name

Selection Code—The Selection Code identifier

Selection Code Description—The description of the Selection Code

Product—The Product identifier if the record is a Product or GTIN (blank for Selection Code)

GTIN—The GTIN identifier

GTIN Type—The GTIN type. See “GTIN Number Structures� .

Pack—The container type or component designation. See “Container/Component Designation Codes� .

Color—The GS1 US color code

Color Description—The color description

Size—The GS1 US size code

Size Description—The size description

Products—The number of Products under the Selection Code if the record is a Selection Code (blank for Products and GTINs).

GTINs—The number of GTINs under the Selection Code or Product if the record is a Selection Code or Product (blank for GTINs).

Image—The number of images associated with the Product (if the record is a Product) or GTIN (if the record is a GTIN). Regardless of whether a retailer has access to the Selection Code or Product, all images are counted at the Product and GTIN level. Images under Selection Codes or Products that the retailer does not have access to will not be downloaded or billed.

3	Do one of the following:

If you want to delete a record from the download basket, see “Deleting Records from the Download Basket� .

If you have verified your selection and are ready to continue with a batch file download, go to “Completing a One-Time Batch File Download� .

If you have verified your selection and are ready to continue with a text file download, go to “Completing a One-Time Text File Download� .
