Filtering the Text File Download Results List

You can use the filter to display a list of download results based on the criteria you specify.

To filter the text file download results list

On the Text File Download—Results page (Data Management > Text File Download), enter the criteria for each of the options you want to filter by. You can filter on multiple options simultaneously.

Status—Select a status from the drop-down list to display only results with the specified status:

New—Show only those results for data that was requested but is not yet in the process of being retrieved.

In Progress—Show only results for data that is in the process of being retrieved.
*
Complete—Show only results for data that has been completely retrieved.
*
In Error—Show only results for data that the system was not able to retrieve.
*
User Id—To show only results for a specified user Id, type a partial or full user Id in the text box.
*
Start Date—Show only results for data that was retrieved with on or after a specified start date. Type a date using the format set for your account (for example, MM/DD/YYYY), or click Auto Calendar and select a date.

End Date—Show only results for data that was retrieved on or after a specified end date. Type a date using the format set for your account (for example, MM/DD/YYYY), or click Auto Calendar and select a date.

Click Filter. The list that meets your criteria displays.
Note: To remove all filter criteria, click Clear Filter.
