To navigate through the levels of Error Processing
1 Click Data Management > Error Processing. The Error Processing (document list) page opens.The table displays from left for each error document:
Note: Select the top check box to the left of the Date/Time heading to select all documents on a page. Once this check box is selected, deselecting a check box for any document deselects the top check box. Note: One email notification is sent for each EDI document that was sent, even though several segments may be in error.If your account is set up to allow duplicate control numbers, the record is displayed as DocumentControlNumber:TransactionNumber:SequenceNumber Error—No errors in the error document have been edited.EDI Error—Translation errors have occurred in an ST segment of a sent EDI document. EDI errors cannot be fixed and resubmitted using Error Processing; however, you can view a fragment of the EDI document that contains the error to help you identify the problem.Maintained—One or more errors in the error document have been edited, but the error document has not been resubmitted.Pending Resubmit—Error document resubmission is pending.Error Resubmit—Error document was resubmitted and still contains an error.Synchronous Resubmit—Error document has been resubmitted and is in progress.Documents whose dates and times are in plain typeface have been read or marked “Read.� Those in bold typeface have not been read or have been marked “Unread.� For more information, see “Marking Error Documents as Read or Unread� .
