Selecting Specific Errors or Error Types

You can select an error type or specific errors to delete, edit, or revert.

To select an error or error type

1	Navigate to the Error Processing (error type list) page to find the error or error types you want to delete, edit, or revert. See “Navigating Error Processing� .

2	Select the check boxes of the errors or error types that you want to delete, revert, or edit (click again to deselect).

To select a specific error (listed in the Action column), select the check box in the Item column (to the left of the error).

To select all errors of a specific type (listed in the Error Type column), select the check box to the left of a specific error type.

To select all error types on a page, click the top check box to the left of the Error Type heading.

Note: Deselecting a specific error type or error deselects the top check box.

3	Once you have selected the errors, do one of the following:

Click Delete. See “Deleting Errors� .

Click Revert. See “Reverting Errors� .

Click Edit. Do one of the following:

If you are correcting a single error, the Error Processing (error detail) page opens, See “Correcting Errors� .

If you are editing more than one error, the Error Processing Group Edit page opens. See “Using Group Edit to Correct Multiple Errors� .
