Minimum System Requirements

The minimum system requirements for using the browser interface are:

Internet Access

Internet Browser: IE 8, IE 9, IE 10, Firefox, Chrome, Edge

IE 8 and Firefox 36 are certified on Windows.

IE 9, IE 10, Firefox, Chrome, and Edge are supported, but not certified.

Note: In IE 8, IE 9, and IE 10 you must apply Compatibility View for the numbering and all text to display correctly in the online help system.

For IE 8, click Tools > Compatibility View Settings. In the dialog box, either add the Catalogue URL to the Compatibility View, or select the Display all websites in Compatibility View check box, and click Close.

For IE 9, after accessing Catalogue, click the “broken page� icon to the right of the Address bar to enable compatibility view.

For IE 10, see Microsoft’s instructions for compatibility mode.

2 GB RAM

Note: Windows operating systems are supported. Catalogue may run fine in browsers on alternate operating systems, but OpenText does not support defects or issues that are unique to those non-Windows operating systems.
