Working with Color and Size Codes

The GS1 US® Color and Size Code System (formerly the National Retail Federation (NRF) Color and Size Code System) provides vendors and retailers with a standardized method of color and size identification of general merchandise and apparel (GM&A).

This system allows vendors and retailers to access, search, synchronize, request, and download the latest GS1 US color and size code information. This functionality is available to OpenText Active Catalogue vendors and retailers through Catalogue’s Web User interface (UI). The color and size data from GS1 US is updated several times a day.

Although OpenText provides GS1 US color and size information on behalf of the GS1 US, you can also visit the GS1 US website to find more detailed information about GS1 US. The web address for GS1 US is www.gs1us.org.
