Resetting Your Password

If you have forgotten your password, your password has expired, or your account has been locked, you can reset your password. A new randomly-generated password is sent in an email to the user’s email address (not the account’s email address).

Note: Do not use this procedure to change your password. See “Changing Your Passwordâ€� for information on changing your password.

Type https://catalogue.gxs.com in the Address field. The Catalogue Login page opens.

Enter your Network ID and User ID. Both fields are case-sensitive.

Click the Reset password link.

Emails are sent from auto_notify@opentext.com to the user’s email address (set up by a OpenText administrator for individual users).

Note: If you do not have a user contact email address set up, the reset password is sent to OpenText Cloud Support Services (CSS) at cataloguesupport@opentext.com.

where YourUserID, YourAccountID, and NewPassword are actual values.
