Navigation Panel

The navigation panel appears on the left side of the page. It is divided into categories. When you first log in to Catalogue, by default, the first two categories are expanded and the remaining categories are collapsed. To expand or collapse a category, click the category name (for example, Data Management).

 

To use the navigation panel

1	Click a category name to expand a category and display the list of headings below it.

2	Click one of the headings to open the corresponding page.

A shortcut notation will be used for procedures in this guide. For example, Click Data Management > Error Processing means that you click on the Data Management category (if it is not already expanded) and then click on the Error Processing heading below it to open the Error Processing page.

Note: The navigation menu remains accessible from all pages. Categories and headings within a category vary by account and user access rights.

Catalogue	Selection Code List—View the list of selection codes in your catalogue. See “Finding and Viewing Data� . Advanced Search—Find a selection code, product, or GTIN. Compliance Checks—Validate Catalogue data against a set of pre-determined rules. View and edit compliance configuration settings. Review available options for data that is non-compliant. See “Working with Compliance Checks� . Compliance Reports—A one-time report run against the current state of data that exists within a catalogue. You can compare your catalogue to an attribute filter and obtain a report on the attributes that are not populated. See “Analytics and Reports� .

Product Documentation	All Documents—Access all product documentation.
Administration	Trading Partner Access—Manage retailer access to your catalogue. View address, contact, and other information for retailers. See “Working With Access Rights� . TP Access Report—View a list of all trading partners who have accessed your catalogue. See “Analytics and Reports� . Account Attribute Filters—Display attribute filters. See “Working with Attribute Filters� . Item Search Ratio Report—Each time your trading partners (retailers) search your catalogue, Catalogue keeps track of the number of times they find and do not find the GTINs they are looking for. View the actual number of hits (GTINs found) and misses (GTINs not found) for each trading partner that searches your catalogue, as well as the hit and miss percentages. Note: The report is available to vendors only if they have the option turned on and they have at least one retailer tracking missed GTINs. See “Analytics and Reports� . Attributes Analytics—View your account to see which attributes you are populating for your items (GTINs). Enables you to see the attribute data that a retailer sees. See “Analytics and Reports� .
