Filter Bar

Most pages have a filter bar. Filter options are specific to each page. Depending on the option, you can type a value in a field or choose a value from a drop-down list.

To clear filter selections, click Clear Filter. Any filter criteria is removed and the full list of records is displayed on the page.

By default, for each new session of Catalogue, the filter bar is open (expanded) when you first log in and open a page; the filter options available for that page display. You can open or close the filter bar by clicking on it. If you open the search bar, the filter bar closes; you cannot use both at the same time.

Note: The system remembers whether you have the filter bar or search bar open; when you navigate to other pages, the bar that was open remains open (for that session).
