Sorting a List

You can sort a list by a column heading if the column heading is underlined. Click on the column heading to sort by ascending or descending order. Click on it again to reverse the order. An arrow next to the heading indicates that the list is sorted by that column. If the arrow points up, the list is sorted in ascending order. If the arrow points down, the list is sorted in descending sort order.
