Entering Dates

Select your preferred date format on the Account Details page (Account > Account Details). You must enter dates in this format, and dates will be displayed in this format. See “Maintaining Your Account” .

Some date fields in Catalogue offer the option of using Auto Calendar to enter a date instead of typing in the date. If the Auto Calendar icon appears next to a date field, this option is available.

To use Auto Calendar

1	Click Auto Calendar to open Auto Calendar.

2	Use the < > buttons in Auto Calendar to navigate to a month.

3	Click a date to enter it in the field.
