Filtering the Trading Partner List

You can use the filter to display a list of trading partners based on the criteria you specify.

To filter the Trading Partner list

1	On the Trading Partner List page, enter the criteria for each of the options you want to filter by. You can filter on multiple options simultaneously.

Trading Partner Name—Enter a trading partner’s full or partial name.

Account Number—Enter a trading partner’s full or partial OpenText account number.

Access Type—To display only trading partners with a specific access, from the drop-down list, select an access type.

Restricted—Show only trading partners with no access to your catalogue.

Selection Code—Show only trading partners whose access is restricted to specific Selection Codes.

Unrestricted—Show only trading partners with full access to your catalogue.

Subscription Date on/after—To display a list of trading partners who subscribed to OpenText Active Catalogue on or after a specific date, enter that date.

2	Click Filter. The list that meets your criteria displays.

Note: To remove all filter criteria, click Clear Filter.
