Analytics and Reports : Analytics Report : Downloading an Attributes Analytics Report

Downloading an Attributes Analytics Report

After an Attributes Analytics Report has run and processing is complete, it is available from the Attributes Analytics Reports - Results page.

You can save the report data to a CSV text file on your computer which can then be displayed in another application such as MS Excel.

Note: Be sure to set the required Internet Explorer options so you can successfully use this feature. See “Setting Internet Explorer (IE) Options for Attributes Analytics and Compliance Reportsâ€ .

If you do not set the IE options, you may experience inconsistent behavior when you use this feature. Sometimes the data will appear and sometimes the page may flash momentarily, but there is no indication that your setting is not correct except that the data will not display.

To download an Attributes Analytics Report

1
Click Administration > Attributes Analytics.

The Attributes Analytics Reports - Results page opens.

The list displays the results of all Attributes Analytics Reports that you have run. The most recent result is listed at the top of the list.

Note: When an administrator runs a report acting as a retailer or vendor, those reports also display on the page in that vendor’s or retailer’s account when they login.

The table displays from left for each Attributes Analytics Report:
