Batch Download Process

The batch download process consists of these steps:

1	Find Selection Codes, Products, GTINs, or image attributes to download, and place them in the download “basket.”

2	View the download “basket” to verify your selections.

3	Select the attribute filter, download method (Batch File), information type (Product, GTIN, or Media) and type of schedule (Immediate or Overnight).

Note: The system limits Immediate downloads to one million items or less. If downloads are greater than one million, the system forces the Overnight option to go into effect. Overnight downloads of more than 5 million items must be broken into multiple downloads.

4	Complete the download by clicking Finish.

Note: The download basket is emptied when you exit the application, so complete all steps before logging out.
