Finding Products Under One Selection Code

Use this procedure to display a list of Products for a specific Selection Code. As an optional method, on the Selection Code List page, click a hyperlink in the Products column. The Product List page will open.

To find Products under one Selection Code

1	Click Catalogue > Advanced Search. The Find Catalogue Data page opens.

2	Select Selection Code.

3	Select EQUAL from the Selection Code drop-down list and type the full Selection Code identifier.

4	Click Search. The Product List page opens listing Products under the Selection Code.

If no Products exist, the Add Products page opens to prompt you to add Products under the Selection Code.

The table displays from left:

Check box to select the Product for the download basket

Product—The product identifier

Description—The description of the Product

Create Date—The date the Product was loaded into OpenText Active Catalogue

Last Update Date—The date the Product was last updated

GTINs—The number of GTINs under the Product (click the hyperlink to display the list of GTINs).

GTIN Filter—The number of GTINs under the Product (click the hyperlink to display a blank GTIN list screen; you can then filter to display only those GTINs whose criteria you specify). See “Filtering a GTIN List� .

Images—The number of images associated with the Product (click the hyperlink to display the list of images)

5	To locate a Product in the list:

Filter the Product list. See “Filtering a Product List� .

Scroll down the list.

Use the browse bar to move between pages.

6	To display additional information, do any of the following:

To view Selection Code details, click the details hyperlink in the header information next to Selection Code Name.

To view Product details, click a Product hyperlink (in the Product column).

To view a list of GTINs under a specific Product, click the GTIN hyperlink (in the GTIN column) for that Product.

To view a list of images under a specific Product, click the image hyperlink (in the Image column) for that Product.
