Filtering a Product List

You can use the filter to display a list of Products based on the criteria you specify.

To filter a Product list

1	On the Product List page, enter the criteria for each of the options you want to filter by. You can filter on multiple options simultaneously.

Product—Enter a Product’s full or partial Product identifier.

Description—Enter a Product’s full or partial description.

Compressed Name—Enter the Product’s full or partial compressed Product identifier (leading zeros, spaces, and special characters are ignored)

If you perform a Compressed Product search, the system retrieves all Products with compressed product values that exactly match the value you type in the Product field. Compressed Product identifiers omit leading zeroes, spaces, and special characters in Product identifiers for purposes of the Product search.

For example, the Compressed Product identifier for 000324 MENS SHOES is 324MENSSHOES. Sending 324MENSSHOES in a Compressed Product search returns all Products with that sequence of characters, ignoring leading zeroes, spaces, and special characters in the actual Product identifiers.

2	Click Filter. The list that meets your criteria displays.

Note: To remove all filter criteria, click Clear Filter.
