Filtering a GTIN List

You can use the filter to display a list of GTINs based on the criteria you specify.

To filter a GTIN list

1	On the GTIN List page, enter the criteria for each of the options you want to filter by. You can filter on multiple options simultaneously.

GTIN—Enter a full or partial GTIN

GTIN Type—To display only GTINs of a selected type (UP, EN, EO, UA, UK, UE), select a GTIN type from the drop-down list

Pack—To display GTINs with a particular container designation, select one of the following from the drop-down list

Container—Display only GTINs that are containers

Not a Container—Display only GTINs that are not containers

Color—To display GTINs with a specific color code, select a color code from the drop-down list.

Size—To display GTINs with a specific size code, select a size code from the drop-down list

Last Update Date on/after—To display only GTINs added or updated on or after this date, enter a date (MM/DD/YYY Y format) or click Auto Calendar and select a date.

Discontinue Date—To display only GTINs discontinued on/before or after a date, select the appropriate choice from the drop-down list and enter a date (MM/DD/YYY Y format) or click Auto Calendar and select a date.

Note: You cannot enter a date greater than 12-31-2049.

On or Before—Display only GTINs that are discontinued on or before the specified date

After—Display only GTINs that are discontinued after the specified date

2	Click Filter. The list that meets your criteria displays.

Note: To remove all filter criteria, click Clear Filter.
