Filtering the Size Code List

You can use a filter to display a list of size codes based on the criteria you specify. Refer to “GS1 US Product Category List” and the “GS1 US Product Category2 List” to help you search for only those product categories you want to display.

To filter the size code list

On the Size Code List page, click Filter. The filter expands to display the filter options.

Size Code—To show only a specific size code, type the full size code.

Category—Tree view of Category, Category2, Heading, and Heading2 descriptions—To filter the list by a specific level of product category description, select one of the following description levels. To expand the tree and display subsequent levels, click the arrow to the left of each description.

Category—To filter the list by Category description, select a category description (first level).
*
Category2—To filter the list by Category2 description, expand a Category level and select a Category2 description (second level).

Heading—To filter the list by Heading description, expand a Category2 level and select a Heading description (third level).

Heading2—To filter the list by Heading2 description, expand a Heading level and select a Heading2 description (fourth level).

Primary Size—To filter the list by the primary size description, type a partial or full primary description in the text box.
Note: The largest dimension of the description must be entered first. For example, filter the list for a 10x8 picture frame rather than an 8x10 inch picture frame. Sizes are in inches for US measurements and millimeters for metric measurements.

Secondary Size—To filter the list by the secondary size description, type a partial or full secondary description in the text box.

Type—To filter the list by a specific size type (European or US), type E or U in the text box.

Add Date—To filter the list by size codes that were added by GS1 US on or after a specific date, type a date (MM/DD/YYYY format) in the text box (or click Auto Calendar and select a date from the calendar).

Click Filter. The list that meets your criteria displays.
Note: To remove all filter criteria, click Clear Filter.
