On the Size Code List page, click Filter. The filter expands to display the filter options.

In the Category field, click Adult Male & Adult Unisex Clothing & Furnishings to highlight the category.

Click Filter. The list displays all size codes where Primary Size is 34 in the Adult Male and Adult Unisex category .
