OpenText Active Catalogue allows you to download size code data directly to your desktop as a CSV (comma separated values) text file. See “Importing a CSV text file to Excel� for information about importing your file into Microsoft Excel so that leading zeros are displayed.
Note: You should restrict the number of size codes you download by filtering the list before you download the codes. See Step 1 in the following procedure.
To download size codes

Click Download to initiate the data download. The File Download dialog opens.

Click Open to view the file.
|
|
|
Click Save to save the file to your computer. The Save As dialog opens. Type a file name in the File name text box and click Save. The file is saved to your computer.

Click Cancel to cancel the download and return to the Size Code List page.
