Editing Selection Code Descriptions

A Selection Code description is recommended but not required.

To edit a Selection Code description

1	Find the Selection Code. See “Finding Selection Codes� . The Selection Code List page opens.

2	Click the Selection Code’s hyperlink (the 3-digit number in the Selection Code column). The Selection Code Details popup opens.

3	Type the new description in the Description field (maximum of 25 characters), then click Save.

Note: The following characters should not appear in any data loaded to OpenText Active Catalogue > ^ ` [ ] * ~

4	To close the popup, click close at the top right corner.
