Editing Product Details

You can edit the Product description and Product extended description, but not the Product identifier (Name).

To edit Product details

1	Find the Product to edit:

See “Finding Products Across Selection Codes� .

See “Finding Products Under One Selection Code� .

The Product List page opens.

2	Click the Product’s hyperlink (in the Product column). The Edit Product page opens.

3	In the Standard Product Attributes section, at the top of the page, type your edits in the Description (maximum of 25 characters) and/or Extended Description (maximum of 40 characters) fields.

Note: Do not use any of the following illegal characters > ^ ` [ ] * ~

Optional. In the Foreign Language Descriptions section, to add foreign language product descriptions, type your descriptions (maximum of 25 characters) and/or extended descriptions (maximum of 40 characters) for the languages shown, in the appropriate fields. You do not need to specify an international description in order to specify an international extended description; you can provide one description without the other.

Note: Do not use any of the following illegal characters > ^ ` [ ] * ~

5	Click Save.
