Editing Multiple GTINs under a Product

Use the Edit GTIN Details page to update GTIN attribute values for multiple GTINs under a Product. A minimum of two GTINS and a maximum of 25 GTINs can be modified at one time.

The following attributes cannot be updated for multiple GTINs at one time:

Prepack/Container Code

Color Code

Color Description

Size Code

Size Description

To update multiple GTINs

1	Find the GTINs you want to update:

See “Finding GTINs Under One Product� .

2	Select the check boxes to the left of the GTINs you want to update (or select the check box in the header to select all GTINs and then deselect those you do not want to update), then click Edit.

The GTIN Detail (Edit) page opens.

Note: All attribute fields are blank. This is an update action (not replace), so only populated attributes will be updated for all the GTINs that are selected; blank attributes values will NOT overwrite or delete existing attribute values.

To view all the associated attributes, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page, and/or hide the navigation panel.

3	Use the attribute fields and/or drop-down lists to populate attribute values. Use the following tips:

To jump to a specific attribute group, select an attribute group from the Jump To Group drop-down list.

4	Do one of the following:

To clear all fields, click Reset. Return to step 3 to populate attribute values.

To save your edits, click Save. A message indicates that the attribute values on the page will be applied to the number of GTINs you have selected. Click Yes to continue or No to Cancel. Upon saving, your changes are applied to the selected attributes.
