Multiline Attribute Tips

A multiline attribute can contain more than one value (for example, Country of Origin can contain up to three countries).

If an attribute can contain more than three values, it is identified by the presence of More next to the attribute name with the maximum number of possible values.

To open more lines in a multiline attribute

1	Click the More hyperlink to display additional fields for entering values. Click the hyperlink again to continue adding three additional fields until the maximum number of possible fields is reached.

2	Enter data by typing and/or selecting values from the drop-down lists.

Note: When updating a multiline attribute, the entire list is replaced, so be sure to send all of the values that are to appear in the updated list, not only new values.
