Associated Multiline Attributes

Some multiline attributes are associated, which means one attribute is logically connected to another (for example, Ship From City and Ship From State or Province).

Use the following guidelines to work with these attributes:

To view all the associated attributes, use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of the page, and/or hide the navigation panel.

Note: The associated multiline values must occupy the same row (for example, Topeka and Kansas in the same row of Ship From City and Ship From State or Province). If a value is not possible in a row of an associated multiline attribute (for example, a state or province in China), leave it blank.

Move your cursor over the attribute name to view the format requirements and definition of the attribute.

Do not send duplicate values for Ship From Code.

If an error occurs in an associated multiline attribute, an error message displays at the top of the page.
